Welcome to JB Transport (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our web platform, the Client Portal, the Luxe Driver Terminal, and any associated premium executive ground mobility services (collectively, the “Services”).
By registering for, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use our Services.
JB Transport provides a technology platform that connects registered users (“Clients”) with high-end executive ground transportation services operated by authorized professional drivers (“Chauffeurs”). The Company acts strictly as a provider of the logistical and technological platform.
To access vehicle booking features, users must create an account via Single Sign-On (SSO) through authorized providers (Apple, Google) or email.
Credentials and Recovery: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. JB Transport utilizes a closed, proprietary account recovery system requiring a 6-digit Security PIN and a Secret Question. You agree not to disclose this PIN to any third party.
Account Responsibility: All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility. JB Transport will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
Payment Authorization: Upon confirming a booking (“Trip”), you authorize JB Transport, through its encrypted third-party payment processors, to place a hold on and charge the estimated total amount.
Additional Charges: You agree that you may be subject to additional fees for extended wait times, last-minute route deviations, damage to the vehicle, or extraordinary cleaning fees required due to your conduct.
Cancellations: Bookings canceled outside the grace period established on the platform will be subject to a cancellation fee, which may be equal to the total cost of the scheduled trip.
JB Transport maintains an elite standard of elegance and safety. During the provision of the service, the following are strictly prohibited:
- ▪The consumption of illegal substances or smoking (including electronic cigarettes) inside the cabin.
- ▪Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards operational staff or the Chauffeur.
- ▪Carrying undeclared firearms or hazardous materials.
The Chauffeur reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the trip prematurely, without the right to a refund, if the Client violates these rules.
The platform includes route monitoring systems and SOS alert buttons for tactical or security emergencies. The improper, malicious, or false-alarm use of the emergency functions (SOS) will result in the immediate suspension of your account and potential legal action to recover the costs of emergency dispatch.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JB TRANSPORT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES. THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO JB TRANSPORT IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Mandatory Arbitration: Any controversy, claim, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services shall be resolved by binding and confidential arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), and not in a court of law.
Class Action Waiver: You and JB Transport agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State in which the primary transportation service is rendered, excluding its conflict of law principles. For any dispute not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within that State.
JB Transport reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice via the Client Portal prior to any new terms taking effect.
